The Paper for Water Change Makers Council

The Paper for Water Change Makers Council works to support the mission of Paper for Water through fundraising, volunteer events, public speaking, education engagement, and prayer.

Our Commitment to You:

• Volunteer training that includes effective communication and public speaking skills, fundraising, event planning, and volunteer engagement
• Origami folding training
• An annual opportunity to participate in the Presidential Service Award program
• Expanded awareness of global issues with an emphasis on the world water crisis.

Change Maker Responsibilities:

• Serve for a minimum of one year
• Attend monthly meetings in person or by Zoom (typically 2 hours)
• Support, plan, and help lead Paper for Water community and virtual events throughout the year
• Commit to raising a minimum of $500 for Paper for Water's mission through participation in fundraising events or solicitation of in-kind donations
• Participate in North Texas Giving Day
• Represent and be a good steward of Paper for Water's mission
